
About Lindsay
Lindsay Dills is a composer known for crafting immersive story-driven scores for film, video games, tabletop roleplaying games, books, and narrative media and is co-founder of the composing collective Duology Music House.
Recent selections of her work include composing and recording strings for Jester’s Processional for Critical Role Live at Radio City Music Hall and the Main Theme for Darrington Press’ Daggerheart, writing official themes and audiobook tracks for several bestselling authors including Carissa Broadbent, Miranda Lyn, Piper CJ, and Raven Kennedy, scoring the films Blasphemy and Gathering of the Allies, composing the theme for the Always Booked podcast and Channel Devonity Show (TTRPG), scoring the Coca-Cola Refreshing Films Commercial Super Connections, aired in AMC's nationwide, and scoring the forthcoming audio drama Lunaiira: Soul’s Rift.
A versatile composer and performer, Lindsay has recorded vocals, strings, and piano on numerous projects, including her own original works. She has conducted and score produced in professional recording studios, bringing both her compositions and her clients’ to life with clarity and collaborative leadership.
Lindsay graduated Summa Cum Laude from Western Michigan University with a Bachelor’s degree in both Music Composition and Violin Performance, along with a minor in Multimedia Arts Technology.
During her time at Western, she served as the President of the Western Student Composer’s Alliance, was a Lee Honor’s College recipient, and was commissioned to compose a piece for the university’s annual Fallen Broncos ceremony leaving a lasting legacy.
Lindsay went on to earn her Master’s degree in Composition: Screen Scoring at New York University, again graduating Summa Cum Laude, where she also served as a Teaching Assistant and studied under Ariel Marx and Catherine JOY.
Lindsay was selected as a 2023–2024 mentee in the highly competitive Society of Composers and Lyricists’ New York Mentorship Program, and she is an active member of the Alliance for Women Film Composers.
